The Annual Athletic Meet 2025–26 of Government College, Hathin, Palwal was organized with great enthusiasm and sporting spirit on 13th and 14th March 2026. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, healthy competition, discipline, and teamwork among students while encouraging them to actively participate in sports and athletics.
The programme commenced with the inauguration ceremony, where Principal Dr. Ram Niwas Yadav graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his inaugural address, he motivated the participants to uphold the true spirit of sportsmanship, emphasizing that dedication, perseverance, and discipline are the keys to success both on and off the field. He declared the Annual Athletic Meet open and extended his best wishes to all the participants.
Students enthusiastically competed in a wide range of track and field events, including 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m races, relay races, long jump, high jump, shot put, discus throw, javelin throw, and other athletic competitions. Throughout the two-day event, participants displayed remarkable determination, skill, and teamwork, making the competition exciting and memorable.
Faculty members, non-teaching staff, volunteers, and the organizing committee worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth conduct of all events. The enthusiastic support from students and spectators further added to the vibrant atmosphere of the meet.
The programme concluded with the prize distribution ceremony, where winners and outstanding performers were felicitated with medals and certificates. The Annual Athletic Meet 2025–26 concluded on a successful note, reinforcing the importance of sports in holistic education and inspiring students to pursue excellence in both academics and athletics.
